These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, consultations, bookings, purchases, and services provided by City of Beauty. By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, purchasing a treatment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- About Us
City of Beauty is an aesthetics and laser institute providing non-surgical cosmetic, skin, laser, and wellness treatments. Our services may include, but are not limited to:
- Lip Filler
- Liquid Rhinoplasty
- Chin Filler
- Cheek Filler
- Jawline Filler
- Skin Boosters
- PDO Threads
- Microneedling
- Diode Laser Hair Removal
- Professional Teeth Whitening
- Vitamin B12 Injections
All treatments are subject to consultation, suitability assessment, and professional judgement.
- Consultations and Suitability for Treatment
2.1. All clients may be required to attend a consultation before treatment.
2.2. During the consultation, we will discuss your treatment goals, relevant medical history, allergies, medications, contraindications, and any risks, limitations, or aftercare requirements associated with the treatment.
2.3. A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be carried out. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where, in our professional opinion, treatment is not suitable, not safe, not clinically appropriate, or not in your best interests.
2.4. It is your responsibility to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical and personal information before each treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your treatment outcome and may result in treatment being declined or stopped.
2.5. We may request additional information, a patch test, medical clearance, or GP/specialist approval before proceeding with treatment where appropriate.
- Medical Disclosure
3.1. You must inform us before treatment if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
- have allergies or previous adverse reactions to cosmetic products or treatments
- have a skin condition, infection, cold sore outbreak, or active irritation in the treatment area
- have a history of keloid scarring, autoimmune conditions, seizures, blood disorders, or healing issues
- are taking medication that may affect treatment suitability, healing, bleeding, or sensitivity
- have recently had surgery, cosmetic procedures, dental work, laser treatment, or skin treatments
3.2. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in complications or unsatisfactory outcomes, for which City of Beauty cannot accept responsibility where such information was withheld.
- Age Restrictions
4.1. Clients must be 18 years or over to receive injectable cosmetic treatments, including dermal fillers and any treatment restricted by law.
4.2. City of Beauty reserves the right to request photographic identification to verify age.
4.3. We will not provide any treatment that is prohibited by law for under-18s, including injectable cosmetic filler treatments where restricted by UK law.
- Bookings and Appointments
5.1. Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, by message, or in person, subject to availability.
5.2. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from City of Beauty and, where applicable, a deposit or payment has been received.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our discretion.
5.4. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time or require your appointment to be rescheduled.
- Deposits and Payments
6.1. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
6.2. Deposits are redeemable against the cost of your treatment unless otherwise stated.
6.3. Full payment for treatment may be required in advance or on the day of treatment.
6.4. Prices are subject to change at any time, but any confirmed booking will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
6.5. Any promotional offers, treatment packages, or discounts are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
- Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows
7.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
7.2. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, fail to attend your appointment, or arrive too late for us to provide the treatment, your deposit may be retained and/or a cancellation fee may apply.
7.3. If a cancellation fee is charged, it will reflect the loss caused by the late cancellation, including reserved clinic time, practitioner time, and any treatment preparation already carried out.
7.4. If you have prepaid for treatment and cancel in accordance with these Terms, any refund due will be assessed taking into account:
- any consultation, assessment, patch test, or treatment already provided
- any products ordered, prepared, or opened specifically for you
- any non-refundable third-party costs reasonably incurred
- any reserved clinic time lost as a result of late cancellation
7.5. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in future bookings being refused or requiring full payment in advance.
- Refund Policy
8.1. Due to the nature of aesthetic, laser, skincare, and wellness treatments, treatment fees are generally non-refundable once the treatment has been carried out.
8.2. We do not guarantee that treatment outcomes will meet your personal expectations, as results vary between individuals based on anatomy, skin condition, medical history, lifestyle, healing response, and adherence to aftercare.
8.3. No refund will be given solely because the result is not to your personal preference where the treatment has been carried out with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the agreed treatment plan.
8.4. Where a course of treatment or package is purchased, any refund request will be assessed based on:
- the number of sessions already used
- the value of any discount applied to the package
- products, consumables, or practitioner time already allocated
- any administrative or booking costs reasonably incurred
8.5. If City of Beauty determines, in its discretion, that a top-up, review, or corrective appointment is clinically appropriate, we may offer this instead of a refund.
8.6. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under applicable consumer law.
- Treatment Results and Expectations
9.1. Aesthetic and cosmetic treatments are subjective and individual results vary.
9.2. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, longevity of results, or exact appearance.
9.3. Results may depend on factors including, but not limited to:
- your age, anatomy, skin type, skin condition, and metabolism
- lifestyle factors such as smoking, sun exposure, diet, and stress
- compliance with aftercare instructions
- previous treatments and medical history
9.4. Before-and-after images, testimonials, or examples shown on our website or social media are provided for general illustration only and should not be taken as a guarantee of your own results.
- Consent to Treatment
10.1. You will be required to provide informed consent before treatment.
10.2. By signing a consent form or proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:
- you understand the nature of the treatment
- you have had the opportunity to ask questions
- the treatment risks, benefits, limitations, and aftercare have been explained to you
- you understand that no guarantee has been made regarding results
10.3. You may withdraw consent before treatment begins. Once treatment has been started or completed, charges may still apply.
- Patch Testing
11.1. Certain treatments, including laser and skin procedures, may require a patch test before treatment can proceed.
11.2. It is your responsibility to attend for patch testing where requested and to inform us of any reaction or concern.
11.3. If you fail to attend for a required patch test or do not follow pre-treatment instructions, your appointment may need to be postponed and cancellation charges may apply.
- Aftercare
12.1. Aftercare instructions are provided to help support safe healing and the best possible outcome.
12.2. You agree to follow all aftercare guidance given by City of Beauty.
12.3. City of Beauty is not responsible for complications, irritation, prolonged healing, or reduced results where aftercare advice has not been followed, or where the treated area has been interfered with, exposed to unsuitable products, excessive heat, sun, exercise, or other activities contrary to advice given.
12.4. If you have any concerns after treatment, you should contact us as soon as possible so that we can advise you appropriately.
- Client Conduct
13.1. We ask all clients to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.
13.2. We reserve the right to refuse treatment, cancel an appointment, or ask a client to leave the premises if they are abusive, threatening, aggressive, intoxicated, or otherwise behave inappropriately.
13.3. In such circumstances, any deposit or payment may be retained.
- Right to Refuse or Stop Treatment
14.1. City of Beauty reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment where:
- treatment is not clinically suitable or safe
- relevant medical information has not been disclosed
- the client appears intoxicated or unwell
- the treatment request is unrealistic or not in the client’s best interests
- the client has not followed pre-treatment instructions
- the practitioner believes treatment should not proceed for professional, ethical, safety, or legal reasons
14.2. Where treatment is refused for safety or clinical reasons, we will explain the reason where appropriate.
- Liability
15.1. City of Beauty will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
15.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15.3. Subject to clause 15.2, City of Beauty shall not be liable for:
- loss arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical information provided by the client
- failure by the client to follow pre-treatment or aftercare advice
- allergic reactions or complications where no known history was disclosed and all reasonable precautions were taken
- dissatisfaction arising solely from subjective preference rather than treatment error
- indirect or consequential loss, loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill
15.4. Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.
- Gift Vouchers, Packages and Promotional Offers
16.1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
16.2. Gift vouchers must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
16.3. Treatment packages and promotional offers are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
16.4. If a package is purchased and the client later chooses not to continue, any refund or credit will be assessed based on the value of treatments already used at the standard single-session price unless otherwise agreed.

17.2. We aim to ensure that website content is accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information, pricing, treatment descriptions, or availability will always be current, complete, or error-free.

- Photography and Marketing
18.1. We may ask for your consent to take before-and-after photographs for your treatment records.
18.2. We will not use identifiable photographs for marketing, social media, training, or promotional purposes without your permission.
18.3. If you do consent to marketing use of photographs, you may withdraw future consent by contacting us in writing, but this will not affect materials already published before the withdrawal request is received and acted upon where lawful to do so.
- Complaints
19.1. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
19.2. Complaints should ideally be made in writing and include your name, appointment date, treatment details, and the nature of your concern.
19.3. We will aim to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time and investigate them fairly.
- Privacy and Data Protection
20.1. City of Beauty processes personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
20.2. Information you provide to us may be used for appointment administration, treatment records, safety screening, aftercare, and legal or regulatory compliance.

- Changes to These Terms
21.1. City of Beauty may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
21.2. The latest version will be published on our website and will apply to bookings made after the updated version is posted.
- Governing Law
22.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
22.2. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
